In the personal account page of a customer I can’t see what emails they received, and in the email hub I can only see number of emails sent, but not who got what mail. This is important for me when people say they didn’t get access to a product despite paying for it. I would like to see what emails they received and know whether the issue was that they didn’t receive and email or that they didn’t notice they received it.
Additionally, is there a way to send a customer a password reset email?
