I provide a community for Japanese customers. Multiple customers have had their payments rejected by credit card companies due to suspected fraud. My Stripe account, used for non-Podia sales, has never had issues with Japanese customers' payments. Could this be related to Podia's reputation? Also, all emails from Podia are going to spam folders. Is there a way to improve this situation?
