Hi there!
I've decided to use Squarespace to house my website and sales pages, but Podia to host my courses and community. Given this, I have a few questions...
1. Is there a way to link the "buy now" button on my squarespace site to go directly to the cart page for my course/community? Or does it have to go to a Podia "sales" page first? (I would really love to avoid the extra "clunkiness" of an additional sales page)
2. Something I'm concerned about re: the community aspect is that the header of my Podia website always sits at the top. That means that, if someone clicks on my company's logo on the upper left corner while they're in the community or course, it will always take them to the Podia home page, NOT my Squarespace home page. Is there any workaround for this? The best solution I can think of is to have a very simple page in Podia that includes links to "home", "courses" and "community" but that all links back to my squarespace site... but that feels super clunky for the user and is an additional step/more clicks! Is there any way to have my logo (in the upper left hand corner, just like Podia's logo is in this interface right now) link back to my Squarespace site?
3. I've heard the recommendation to set up my Podia site as a subdomain... but how do I actually do that? Do I have to purchase something additional with my Domain provider?
4. Finally, I would love to better understand how to design my community space, add background images, etc. Any good resources for that?
Given the first three concerns above, I'm considering switching to another platform to host my courses and community, so that there's less clunkiness. So any tips here would be massively appreciated!
