We have a Mover account, when we create courses / conferences we need to get some questions answered and we need registrants to accept terms. Right now there is no such option, just email and payment. We need to have people's phone number, a couple questions about their experience and most of all we need them to accept terms (such as no cancellations, refunds etc.)
We now send another email with a link to Google sheet to gather these details and get them to accept terms. Is there a better way to do it? Just seems a bit complicated 2 step process....
