How can I create a marketing banner at the top of a website?

I am transferring my website from Squarespace across to Podia and while looking for Inspo, I came across the website below. See at the top where the bright pink banner says "1 WEEK FREE!" - how on Earth do we do this in Podia? I can't find a tutorial or post anywhere, and I just love the idea of using it for promos etc.
