Hello everyone,
I am launching my free download for clients. Why are clients receiving two emails from Podia?
One email was to grant subscribers direct access to the download (this matched my expectations) after sharing their email addresses.
The other email was unexpected. I am sharing the screen shot. The email from Podia is telling the subscriber that their account set up on my website is incomplete. Is this normal?
What did you do to stop the second email from reaching subscribers?
