I am wondering, if a subscriber enters his payment information before the end of a membership’s free trial, and the subscriber takes no action, will they automatically continue to be enrolled in the subscription after the free trial?
I’ve lost a lot of subscribers because when it came to the end of the free trial, the subscription was cancelled due to not entering their payment info and I’m trying to fix that.
If anyone has any other suggestions for improving subscriber retention, I’d love to hear it.
