Calendar events for Podia members

If you're hosting online events for people in your membership, how are you managing the calendar/event access? I offer two online events each week - one coworking and one meeting/presentation - for my members. Right now I create a monthly agenda with dates and topics and share that as a post in the Community, then post the actual Zoom link to join a few days before the event in case anyone has cancelled their subscription between the announcement and the actual date.

If it's possible to create an invite in Zoom that has a button/link to add to a calendar (rather than just sharing the details), I haven't found it yet. I know webinars can do it, but these meetings are interactive, so a webinar isn't the right solution. I would prefer to have a shared calendar that isn't public and doesn't require a Google account to access so that people can simply save the event to their own calendars rather than creating the events manually from the details I share. Calendly allows people to choose a time to meet rather than simply join an already-scheduled meeting, so that isn't a good solution either.

Do you have any recommendations for agnostic calendar/event apps? Or is there a simple solution I've completely missed?
