I just launched the beta version of my course. Because this course has a 1:1 accountability call component, I don't want to have a free-for-all sign-up. Ideally, each cohort is capped at 10 people. Once the launch window is closed, I want to continue curating my waitlist.
The problem: The course is only accessible when it's listed as "paid" (i.e. anyone willing to pay the price can sign up any time), not "waitlisted". When I turn it back to 'waitlisted', the current cohort does not have access to the course. (I've tested it already.)
Question: Is there any way to allow current cohort members access to the course while having it in a closed (or waitlisted) state for people who missed the launch window?
For anyone who does multiple launches a year with a group program, how do you have things set up?
1 Product (course) -are multiple launches throughout year even possible?
