With a background as a Registered Nurse, former Primary School Teacher, and a mother of 5, I bring a wealth of personal experience and professional expertise to my coaching practice. I base my philosophy on the Love and Logic principles, which emphasise empathy, logical consequences, shared control, and problem-solving skills.
