My name is Amanda Van Den Elzen, and for years it’s felt a little like I’ve lived a double life. By day, I worked in corporate Learning and Development, helping professionals gain the tools, skills, and experiences they need to grow in their careers. By night and weekend, my husband and I built our motorsports team from a grassroots venture into a fully funded professional race team. I’m also the founder of Racer on Demand, an organization dedicated to helping racers build meaningful connections with fans and business partners through education, resources, and merchandise.
Recently, I’ve transitioned out of the corporate world and am working on merging these two passions into one. I’m leaning into professional speaking and expanding my training offerings to serve more organizations. I have experience with generative AI training, but my real passion lies in sharing lessons from my motorsports journey and translating them into growth for professionals and teams.
