We’ve rolled out some improvements to make conversations smoother and moderation easier. You can see these updates right now anywhere you’ve enabled comments in your business, like your course lessons, product discussions, or community.
A fresh comment and reply layout – Now it’s even easier (and prettier, if we do say so ourselves!) to add new comments to threads.
Direct links to comments – When you or your students get an email notification about a new comment, the “View comment” button takes you straight to the exact comment—no more scrolling around to find it.
Improved comment moderation and reporting – Students can still report comments like before, but now, any comment with at least one report will show a flag icon next to the like button. Clicking the flag shows a popover listing the last five people who reported it, giving you more context to decide what to do next.
These improvements make it easier for you to answer questions, build engagement, connect with your students, and make sure everything is running smoothly and safely in your business.
