At present if my client purchases a product with me, which is a monthly option, I have to go in and manually add this in again, because my client has already purchased it. This is quite unprofessional and clumsy. I end up invoicing off of Podia, which is not an advantage of being in Podia.

Any updates on when this feature may be available? And, yes, I know I can pay for calendly, but why not have this within my plan?

I am wondering if from the homepage menu on my website, if it's possible to have a drop-down menu on a page?

For example, I have a page listed for my customers from a Course and I would love for them to be able to click on the page to show product options, as a drop down.

I am working on building a community for a client and I had a quetions - I'm sure it's simple really -

So I've granted access to products so that the client's members can get access to them when they go to their products in their website account. In addition to this, I have created a topic in the Community that I want to organize resources for a library.

My question is this:

What link does one use to go directly to a product (or course) that the member already has access to in their products section?

I'm currently building out my community and would like to know if there's a way to restrict access to certain topics and included products for members on a free trial.

I couldn't find that info anywhere in the Podia help center, and it didn't seem possible with the Access options either.

The reason I ask is because I don't want to create a forever-free plan to avoid mixing paid and free members in the same community. And I'd love to have a built-in lead magnet (7-day free trial) so I don't have to create an additional separate one.

I’m reaching out here because I’m currently experiencing a really frustrating issue and I’m wondering if anyone else is dealing with the same thing.

Since last week (right before the Easter weekend…), I’ve had multiple customers trying to purchase programs on my site, but their payments keep failing — even after several attempts and with different cards.

Some of these customers are already existing Podia clients, which makes it even more confusing.

Support hasn’t replied since Thursday, saying that the developer team is working on it, and in the meantime I’m literally losing clients who are ready to buy but can’t complete their purchase…

Has anyone experienced something similar recently? Or found a solution?

I’d really appreciate any insight or feedback 🙏🏼

When I open the settings I actually see the message "Continue setup for mau@mauphotos.com" which is originally had when I signed up to Podia (see below)
